We also collect some personal details when you ask us for a quote in order to provide you with the requested information. Our company is hosted on the WIX.com platform, your data may be store through WIX.com's data storage, databases and general WIX.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

To provide you with a quotation or to make your holiday booking and hence to carry out our obligations arising in connection with any contracts entered into between you and us;

We may use “cookies” to store and collect information regarding your usage of the website. Any personal data collected as part of the booking process will be retained in our financial database and in-house invoicing system for 5 years after your year of travel in order to comply with French auditing requirements. All information you provide to us is stored on our protected internal computer systems or, if in hard copy, in a secured storage area.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), you are able to request access to the information we hold about you and you will receive a reply within one month. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date and you may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that any personal data held is erased and we will review this taking into account any contractual obligations relating to your booking.
