Food is our passion at Les Hauts Pâturages and we are dedicated to bringing the best locally grown, seasonal produce to your table. We seek out exceptional produce from artisan suppliers, raid the local markets and change our menus and recipes to reflect the seasons. We take great pride in the dishes we serve and this is why we have created a selection of dining experiences sure to excite.

Table d’hote - 4 course dining experience | wine from the region   35 € | 15 €

Beloved by our guests, featuring locally produced, fresh, seasonal and flavoursome food. Ossun ez Angles is a typical Pyrenean village, surrounded by mountains. Weaving together the flavours of the black Bigorre pigs, the Baregeoise sheep, and local cheese from the Val D’Azun, our dishes draw inspiration from all corners of Europe and beyond.

Basque paella evening - 3 course dining experiece | wine from the region  30 € | 10 €

Also offered, usually mid week, our paella evenings have become a firm favourite. We usually gather under the tree near the swimming pool so we can watch the sunset over the mountain. For adults we put the pool lights on so guests can enjoy a late swim.

Artisan sliced pizza served on wooden boards | wine from the region  25 € | 10  € 

Our pizza is prepared and cooked in our wood fired oven and served 'festival style' sliced on wooden boards with seasonal salads and fresh bread, watching the sunset over the mountains or, if perferred boxed 'to go'.

Apéro sharing boards - charcuterie | cheese | dips | olives & nuts  

Time spent with friends and family is precious and after returning to our heavenly hideaway after a day spent hiking in the mountains or just lazing around the pool why not order one of our sharing boards.

Brunch - Sumptuous | lovingly prepared | locally sourced  17 € | 8 €

Usually served on your last day, late morning (by prior agreement) and includes a late check-out.
